What Is Gambling Disorder?
Gambling Disorder is characterized by persistent, recurrent gambling behavior that leads to significant distress or disruption in personal, family, or work life (as defined by DSM-5 criteria).
Who Is Eligible for Treatment?
You may qualify for services through PDS if:
You are a Minnesota resident & 18 years or older
You are currently gambling or at risk of relapse
You are willing to participate in an assessment and weekly sessions
Service is available for both those who have health insurance and those without
How Treatment Works
Our services are delivered by a Certified Problem Gambling Counselor and tailored to your individual needs:
Individuals must complete a comprehensive (Rule 82) Problem Gambling Assessment
Telehealth or in-person sessions available
One-on-one counseling
Family involvement available upon request
