PDS is contracted through the MN Department of Human Services (DHS) to assist Minnesotans in accessing Supplemental Security Income (SSI) and Social Security Disability Income (SSDI).
The SOAR Program (SSI/SSDI Outreach, Access, and Recovery) helps adults in Minnesota who are experiencing homelessness or are at risk of becoming homeless apply for Social Security disability benefits (SSI/SSDI).
PDS Certified SOAR Advocates offer free, personalized support throughout the entire application process. We simplify the process and guide you step-by-step through all the requirements to improve your chances of approval.
