File a Grievance

Under Minn. Stat. §144.651 subd. 20 and §245I.12 subd. 5 you have the right to voice grievances free from restraint, interference, coercion, discrimination, or reprisal. PDS acknowledges grievances within 3 business days and provides a written final response within 15 business days.

Your answers are sent privately to PDS staff and are never shown publicly.
